Go-Go Dancer sues Gay Magazine

New York City go-go dancer Manuel Alex Saez is suing gay magazine HX for printing an allegedly unauthorized picture of him after it identified him as a “Big City Video porn star”.

The NY Post reports Saez is suing the magazine for $1.25 million in damages after "the hottest guide to gay nightlife and culture in New York City," used his photograph to promote an appearance at a Chelsea club in the Jan. 27 issue of the magazine.

The picture identified Saez as "Big City Video porn star Alex," and that, "He'll definitely get your sprinklers working" in the promo.
