Sylvester Stallone No Sex Diet

60-year-old Sylvester Stallone has admitted to going on a no sex diet while he filmed Rocky 6 despite being married to former model Jennifer Flavin with whom he has three daughters.

Stallone said, "There is only so much energy in the body and I know some athletes in the film didn't adhere to the ban, but I did because I knew it was the only way." when speaking to Scotland's Daily Record newspaper.

Rocky Balboa makes a return to the ring, 16 years after Rocky 5.
